Soaking the fruit for 2 weeks in apple cider and brandy, before cooking tiny pieces of apple in butter and brown sugar and a few secret spices
Mixing together the delicious hot cooked apples with the 2 week soaked fruit to create the most sensational fruit mince pie filling even the fruit mince pie haters will like them! we have actually converted some.
