Our Signature Cake! Creamy layers of chocolate mousse and 2 layers of chocolate sponge soaked in raspberry syrup, raspberries in the mousse and then finished with a piping of fresh chocolate cream, lots of chocolate curls and a light dust of chocolate. Garnished with a few fresh raspberries if in season – if not we may use pink macarons or a replacement berry.
