Creamy layers of Lindt chocolate mousse and 2 layers of chocolate sponge soaked in our fresh raspberry syrup, raspberries in the mousse and then finished with a piping of fresh chocolate cream, lots of chocolate curls and a light dust of chocolate.

Garnished with a few fresh raspberries – if not available we may use a replacement berry or edible flowers
